About you
A minimum of 3 years experience developing and delivering exceptional marketing and/or partnership campaigns.
A demonstrated relationship builder and stakeholder manager. Focussed on fostering and maintaining strong connections and ensuring effective engagement & collaboration.
A meticulous planner and detail-orientated, you're happy to get stuck in with the granular details of a project.
A natural and strong communicator, capable of leading presentations to stakeholders at various levels across an organisation.
Comfortable working at pace, often with multiple projects working simultaneously.
Experience in using MS Office (esp. Powerpoint & Excel) to an advanced level.
What will you be doing?
You will proactively approach partner management by understanding our partners' objectives and recognising opportunities to service their needs and grow our partnerships.
Take a strategic approach to managing and delivering impactful partnership activations in line with budget and resource allocation.
Represent the needs of our partners and vision for our partnerships to the wider organisation.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the partnership (financial & non-financial).
Working as part of a dynamic and agile commercial partnerships team to deliver memorable partner moments.
Working with talented athletes and performance staff to create stand-out experiences and content for our partners.
Using your understanding of wider sporting and commercial partnership activations to elevate and amplify our partnerships.
