What will you be doing?
Working with the business and people team to help us deliver our new strategy, and TDF Grand Depart 2027, including workforce planning and resourcing
Designing and delivering HR operations process improvements
Providing high-quality HR advice and support to managers and teams
Coaching and upskilling managers
Contributing to broader HR initiatives, including policy development and culture work
Using data and insight to improve HR services and influence decision making
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar role, with strong practical knowledge of HR processes and systems improvement
Solid employee relations knowledge and management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience of supporting and advising line managers on people matters
Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement
