What will you be doing?
Be the first point of contact by phone and email for the Compliance and Safeguarding Team;
Keep an up to date record of anti-doping education for British Cycling staff and riders (where relevant);
Keep an up to date and thorough record of British Cycling riders on anti-doping testing pools;
Monitor the UKAD whereabouts system (ADAMS) and carry out routine weekly spot checks on British Cycling riders;
Assist the Compliance Manager with any Major Games anti-doping education;
Ensure that the stock of anti-doping testing kits is maintained, and coordinate the distribution of anti-doping equipment to events selected for testing by the International Testing Agency (ITA) or other relevant testing authority.
Administer and coordinate the online Disclosure and Barring Service process and ensure the system is up to date and accurate.
Administer a monitoring system to ensure all relevant British Cycling members and clubs are compliant with the safeguarding requirements.

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature and maintain confidentiality
Experience of working within a busy, diverse environment
IT literate - with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
