Role Title: Off-Road Talent Development Team Leader (Home Based)
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum based on experience

Our British Cycling Talent Development Team identify and nurture the best cycling talent to be future Olympic, Paralympic, and World Champions. The team are currently looking to recruit an Off-Road Talent Development Team Leader to join the team as they evolve their off-road pathways to ensure the pathways are fit for the next generation of riders coming into the system.
About you
- Experience of working in sport development, talent, performance pathways and National Governing Bodies
- Excellent project management skills
- Understanding of sporting pathways particularly off-road and freestyle sports.
- Minimum of two years’ experience of working in a leadership position.
- Organised, flexible, positive – can do approach, able to be proactive, prioritise and work under pressure in a fluid, evolving environment.
What will you be doing?
- Leading and coordinating the delivery of an agreed number of pathway activity
- Leading and managing the performance of the Talent Development Off-Road coaching team, creating an environment where people are clear of what is expected of them, have the performance feedback and support that they need to continuously improve.
- Playing a fundamental role in improving and connecting pathways across British Cycling through enabling greater collaboration between key organisational departments.
