What will you be doing?

This role sits within the Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT), the country’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic team in history. Now is an incredibly exciting year to join GBCT. Fresh off the back of winning 11 Olympic and 22 Paralympic medals at the most recent Games in Paris, as well as having recently celebrated 20 years of the GBCT pathway, we are a team with high ambitions to continue this legacy at LA 2028 and beyond.  

  1. Powering Elite Performance
    Coordinate logistics for Olympic, Paralympic and non-Olympic programmes—ensuring athletes and staff are always competition-ready.
  2. Champion Operational Excellence
    Collaborate with the performance delivery team to streamline planning and administration and efficiently coordinate and plan all training and competition activity across the Great Britain Cycling Team.
