Key responsibilities include aligning training and competition plans, leading athlete recruitment and transition, forecasting talent gaps, and engaging with stakeholders such as parents, external coaches, and UK Sport partners.

As a senior member of the GBCT Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), you will shape the future of British Cycling, uphold governance and compliance standards, and maximise performance outcomes through effective resource management.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the culture, legacy, and success of Great Britain’s Olympic cycling ambitions.
